Through engaging programs like Professional Development Days, New Staff & Faculty Orientation, book talks, and mini conferences, we provide meaningful opportunities to connect, learn, and lead. Professional Development Days
Held each semester with nearly 300 attendees, offering a wide range of topics in person and online. Upcoming offerings are listed on Guidebook.
New Faculty & Staff Orientation
Offered each August in on-ground and online formats, this orientation covers onboarding, university structure, and key platforms.
Book Talks
Hosted once per semester in a panel format featuring experienced faculty and staff. Topics include online teaching, student engagement, scholarly work, and interdisciplinary writing.
Mini-Conferences
Offered ad hoc with campus partners, these themed events include multiple sessions, often with Zoom access. Past topics include WAC, collaborative learning, and scholarly support.
