Meet the Designers
Thomas Horne
Thomas Mathews Horne has dedicated over a decade to higher education. While his primary focus has been on English Composition and Rhetoric, he has successfully led numerous course redesigns and coordinated programs while teaching at two-year and four-year institutions. Thomas is eager to leverage his expertise to support faculty in achieving their objectives while effectively addressing the needs of their students.
Dani Reilley
Dani Reilley has a background in education and instructional technology, working as an Instructional Designer for FHSU over the last few years, both with TILT and on the NDTC online de-escalation grant. Dani has expertise in course, website and graphic design and has firsthand experience building courses in Blackboard Ultra using current and relevant course development framework. She is looking forward to helping faculty and staff in their transition and to feel more at ease with new technologies.
Alexa Summers
Alexa Summers has a background in computer science and education, with emphases in web development, UI/UX design, and course development. Alexa has experience teaching at two-year and four-year institutions, in addition to working with Ed Tech and performing course evaluations. Alexa looks forward to helping you structure your class with easy navigation, for both you and your students!
